Liz Gutierrez Sikaffy, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Global HR Systems at Brambles, having started in August 2018. In this role, responsibilities include evaluating Workday processes, writing and maintaining custom reports, managing user security profiles, and ensuring HR data accuracy. Previous positions at Brambles include HR Systems Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator III, where tasks involved auditing new hire submissions and assessing hire eligibility based on background checks. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Human Resources Intern at Feeding Children Everywhere. Liz holds a Master of Human Resources from Rollins College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
