Ron Harris has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in software implementation, technical support, and information systems management. Currently serving as a Software Implementation & Support Specialist at Brainworks Software Solutions since July 2015, Ron provides technical assistance and training to clients while resolving technical issues through various communication channels. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Director of Information Technology at Edwardsville Publishing Co. LLC, where responsibilities included managing information systems for over 30 employees and overseeing a multi-platform server environment. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Systems Technologist at Hearst and serving as a Laboratory Computer Clerk at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, along with a foundational role as an Assistant Manager at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
