Melina Igreja Schuetz is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, training, and development. Currently serving as HR Director at BRAINVEST since December 2022, Melina previously founded MSI Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, where from January 2018 to June 2022, innovative human resource strategies were developed. Melina's career at Santander Brasil spanned over a decade (January 2001 - July 2013) in various senior roles, including Senior Executive Manager for Training and Development and Employee Value Proposition, where impactful HR strategies were implemented for a workforce of 35,000 employees. Educational credentials include a Master's in Strategic Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and studies in Branding and other disciplines at FGV and USCS.
