John Lang, A-CSPO, is an experienced professional in product management and technology strategy, currently serving as Associate Director - E&S Risk and Senior Product Manager at RBC. Since joining RBC in 2017, John has played pivotal roles in areas such as physical climate risk assessment, tech talent initiatives, and product development, including leading the RBCx intrapreneurship program. In addition to experience in product analysis and strategic consulting, John has also served as an instructor for product management at BrainStation. With a Master of Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, John has demonstrated a commitment to both professional development and community initiatives, including leadership roles in the Halton Region Chinese Canadian Association.
