Humberto A. is an accomplished UX Designer with extensive experience in leading and designing customer-focused digital solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a UX Designer at Amazon and an Instructor at BrainStation, Humberto has previously held positions such as Product Design Lead at Scotiabank, where leadership in creating self-service tools significantly enhanced customer support. Contributions at Scotiabank also include innovative designs for mobile banking applications in the Caribbean and redesigns of internal banking processes. With a strong commitment to mentoring designers and advocating for design thinking, Humberto has also collaborated with NGOs and managed multiple design projects as a consultant. Humberto holds a Master's in Digital Futures from OCAD University, a Graduate Certificate in Design Management from George Brown College, and a Bachelor's in Graphic Communications Design from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.
