Victoria Budanova has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Victoria is currently working as an Influencer Marketing Manager at Brainstack_, starting in November 2022.

Prior to this, they served as the Head of Influencer Marketing at Havas Digital Kyiv from June 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they managed a team and collaborated with various departments to achieve effective marketing strategies. Victoria also handled advertising budgets, analyzed market trends, and created creative solutions for brand promotion. Victoria'sclients included Visa, Raiffeisen, Puma, CocaCola, Perno Ricard, Ford, Darnytsia, and Huawei.

Before joining Havas Digital Kyiv, Victoria worked as the Head of Influencer Marketing at OMD Worldwide from February 2020 to June 2021.

Victoria also gained experience at AIR YouTube Certified as a Project Manager for AIR Brands from February 2019 to February 2020.

In addition, Victoria has experience working as a Project Development Manager at Lime Consulting from July 2018 to January 2019. Victoria handled full project management, collaborated with product managers, and led remote teams.

Victoria also worked as a Project/Event Manager at Blockchain Hub Kyiv from October 2017 to August 2018, where they played a lead role in creating innovative projects based on blockchain technology.

Victoria served as a Business Development Manager at AroundB(Реклама и PR-услуги) from June 2017 to July 2018, and as a Project Manager at Smile Expo from August 2015 to June 2017. At Smile Expo, they supervised the Internet marketing department, facilitated communication with professionals, and conducted research for event innovation.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Care Specialist at LCC "VEDIKON" from April 2014 to November 2014.

Victoria also gained engineering experience at Kievenergo, where they served as an Engineer in various roles from October 2011 to December 2013.

Victoria Budanova obtained a Master's Degree in the Department of Mechanics and Technology at the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine. Victoria'sspecialty was Vocational Training with a focus on Metrology and Standardization. Victoria completed their degree from 2006 to 2011.
