Saradhi Saripalli has a diverse range of work experience. Saradhi is currently a Senior Account Manager at BrainPOP, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Carnegie Learning from 2015 to 2022, holding roles such as Sr. Manager of School Partnerships and Manager of School Partnerships. During their time at Carnegie Learning, they demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and successfully managed strategic partnerships, resulting in high client retention. Saradhi also played a key role in integrating Carnegie Learning's products with other Ed-tech solutions to enhance student output. Before joining Carnegie Learning, Saradhi worked at Match Education as the Director of Academics - Match - University of Chicago Crime Lab from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they achieved significant improvements in Algebra 1 failure rates and graduation rates for at-risk students by implementing a tailored curriculum and tutoring program. Prior to that, they worked as a 6th Grade Math teacher at LEARN Charter School Network and as a 7th grade Mathematics Teacher at Shelby County Public Schools in Kentucky. In these roles, Saradhi demonstrated their ability to create effective learning pathways and implement technology solutions to meet students' diverse needs. Saradhi also worked as a Research Assistant at the United States Department of Education, where they contributed to the development of assessment and intervention systems for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Additionally, Saradhi gained research experience as a Gastroenterology Department Research Assistant at St. Louis University Hospital. Overall, Saradhi has demonstrated expertise in education, partnership management, and research.

Saradhi Saripalli completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan between the years 2000 and 2004. Later, between 2008 and 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Teaching from the University of Louisville. In addition to their degrees, Saradhi obtained a Professional Educators License in July 2011 from the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a Professional Educators License with multiple middle school endorsements in January 2014 from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
