Catherine Grossman's work experience starts with their current role at BrainPOP as a Data Quality Associate, which they began in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SUNY Geneseo in various roles. From August 2021 to the present, they served as a Student Mentor, where they supported freshman students within the Access Opportunity Program by hosting check-ins and promoting inclusion. In 2021, from May to September, they worked as a Student Intern at Asia Initiatives, creating an English language curriculum and managing social media content. In December 2020 to January 2021, they were a Student Body Representative at SUNY Geneseo, organizing a search committee and addressing student concerns during the selection process for a new director of mental health services.

Catherine Grossman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Creating an Amazing Life" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
