As the owner of Lerud Consulting LLC since June 2021, Steve provides guidance to amateur and professional athletes regarding their career decisions. Additionally, Steve has a background in professional baseball, having served as a Minor League Manager for the Chicago Cubs and played for multiple MLB teams, including the Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, and Washington Nationals. Past consulting roles include advising amateur MLB draft prospects at Pro Edge Sports Management.
