Amy-Louise Manto-Wardell, CIPD Associate, has extensive experience in learning and development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an L&D Partner at The Disabilities Trust since September 2018, Amy-Louise leads a team to deliver a comprehensive people development agenda. Prior to this, a successful tenure at Barchester Healthcare spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Divisional Relationship Manager, Lead Learning and Development Specialist, and Care Assistant/Team Leader, demonstrating a strong commitment to learner support and development. Educational qualifications include an Undergraduate CIPD in Learning and Development from Avado and various certifications from York College.
