Mo Alhroub is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in building automation, software development, and embedded solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at BrainBox AI since May 2024, Alhroub has held prior leadership positions at Turntide Technologies and 75F, where responsibilities included directing engineering teams and developing innovative technologies. Earlier roles encompass senior management at Siemens and Molex (Koch Industries), where Alhroub led cross-functional teams to advance software and firmware development for IoT and smart building applications. With a strong foundation in technical operations from STMicroelectronics and entrepreneurial experience from co-founding Advanced Embedded and Kindi Systems, Alhroub possesses a rich background in consulting and client management. Academic achievements include a PhD candidacy in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and master's and bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering, respectively.
