Randy Feldman

Randy has been described by many as a visionary entrepreneur, a brilliant leader in science, technology, and business endeavors. Randy founded several companies and served as partner, vice president, chief information and technology officer, inventor, and other roles to support the ventures. Randy actively consults with world-leading organizations across many disciplines and has focused his efforts most recently on the challenges to global business around brand protection, authentication, and anti-counterfeiting. Over the last five (5) years, Randy has designed, architected, and delivered solutions to over one hundred (100+) Life Science, Pharmaceutical, and related supply chain organizations seeking to address the growing challenges in the medical device and drug supply chains around the world.

Randy serves as a Chief Enterprise Architect delivering national and global solutions in GS1 standards, state and federal regulations, including the FDA Drug Quality & Security Act (DQSA) and Unique Device Identification (UDI), and the DoD IUID Program and the NDAA Section 818 anti-counterfeiting mandate for military electronics, as well as anti-counterfeiting mobile and cloud-based applications for consumer packaged goods, retail, apparel, and fashion, life science, aerospace, and defense. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University, and has been involved in the bar-code and RFID industries for more than 25 years. In 2011, seeing the increasing need for product authentication and anti-counterfeiting technologies, as well as for a worldwide product validation network, Mr. Feldman founded ARK Ideaz, Inc. Since 2011, Randy has been granted three patents that cover global solutions in authentication systems and methods and is actively involved in a pending blockchain application. Additionally, Randy has developed prototype mobile and enterprise applications around the patented technology.

Randy’s scientific, engineering and technical knowledge is as deep as it is diverse. He has been driven to master many disciplines and principles from his lifelong interest in chemistry, metallurgy, physics, and all manner of information technology from the birth of the internet and personal to mainframe hi-tech and computer technologies. Randy has studied and mastered computer design and integration, systems, networks, communications, and mobile solutions. In developing a database, AI, and expert systems, Randy saw the convergence of voice, video, and data as documented in his thesis back in 1988. He has held a vast array of accolades and certifications from SAP, Microsoft, IBM, HP, 3Com, Motorola, and was in the first group of eighty (80) individuals certified in Systems Integration from the Institute of Industrial Engineers in the late 1980s. Once an employee who built the SAP Global Consulting-Portal, SAP SDN, and many corporate solutions, Randy has over eighteen (18) years of SAP Enterprise Solutions experience across many industries and core solutions.

Randy has consulted to some of the leading US Government Agencies and Suppliers, including but not limited to the US Army, DoD Joint Medical Logistics, Homeland Security, Customs and Border Patrol, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, the Food and Drug Administration, and has held various security and clearance levels as required. Randy’s goal is to achieve success, honor, trust, and to get the job done in every engagement, in the most optimal, intelligent, and cost-effective manner.
