Mary Pat Jacobs has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mary Pat started their career in 2007 as a Marketing Intern at Brado Cuneo Nollau. Mary Pat then joined Rodgers Townsend as an Assistant Account Planner and later became an Account Planner. In 2010, they joined Brädo Creative Insight as a Director of Creative Strategy, where they led multi-phase qualitative research projects and developed and facilitated trainings. Mary Pat also developed and led the summer internship program. Jacobs then became a Senior Director of Creative Strategy at Brädo Creative Insight, where they continued to lead research projects and actively collaborate with the Steering Committee. In 2018, they joined Brado as an Associate Vice President of Creative Strategy, where they led qualitative research projects and developed a growth and development program for Creative Strategists. Mary Pat also facilitated trainings for research processes and new employee onboarding. Currently, they are an Organizational Development Partner in Human Resources at Brado, overseeing the learning and development program, talent management efforts, and the mental health task force.
Mary Pat Jacobs attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on Strategic Communication. In 2006, they also had a study abroad opportunity at Charles University, where they studied Advertising. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Workhuman Certified Professional certification from Workhuman in June 2023 and a Kolbe Certifiedâ„¢ Consultant certification from Kolbe Corp in May 2022.
