Nolan Erdman is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Product Design Engineer III at Bradley Corporation since August 2023. With extensive experience in product development, Erdman has held key roles at SPI Lighting as an NPD Engineer since October 2019, and previously at Milwaukee Tool as a Project Engineer. Notable achievements include leading the design of Generac Power Systems' XC Series Generators and earning a Top 4 finalist position in the WMC "Coolest Things Made in Wisconsin" competition. Erdman's background also includes positions at Pentair, where contributions to the new product development of water softener control valves resulted in significant cost savings, and varied roles in management and mechanics earlier in their career. Erdman holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from North Park University, enhancing a diverse educational foundation.
