Rob Collier is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a comprehensive background in production line management and workflow optimization. Currently, at Bradken since September 2018, Rob has introduced new processes for business workflow management, significantly improved inventory control, and enhanced productivity by increasing daily output by 33%. Previously, Rob worked at Bristile Roofing (2014-2017), where notable achievements included implementing effective time management strategies and workplace safety procedures. Rob’s career also includes positions at Carlton & United Breweries and Toyota Boshoku Australia, where contributions to production line efficiency and workplace health and safety were paramount. Education includes completion of an apprenticeship in fitting and turning from Newport TAFE.
