Shane Benner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shane started as a Legal Assistant at a Fort Worth Law Firm in 2003, where they assisted with securities arbitration and general business litigation cases, as well as built and maintained the firm's IT network. In 2007, they became a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, specializing in helping individuals, families, and small businesses grow and protect their assets. Shane then co-founded and served as CFO of EC, LLC from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Business Development professional at Atlas Properties in 2010, where they focused on commercial and residential real estate investment, syndication, and management. Following this, they worked as an Acquisitions Analyst and Asset Manager at SkyWalker Property Partners from 2011 to 2012. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Investment Sales professional at Advisors Commercial Real Estate, focusing on office, retail, and industrial properties. Currently, they are a First Vice President specializing in Investment Sales at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, using their financial, analytical, and sales background to help investors acquire or dispose of income-producing property. Additionally, they have taken on the role of Adjunct Faculty at Texas Christian University starting in 2022.

Shane Benner has pursued higher education in the field of business and finance. Shane obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Following this, they pursued another BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. Shane Benner has also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Texas Real Estate Broker from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
