Mandy Simon is a Managing Consultant at Bradbury Miller Associates since October 2022, previously serving as an Associate Consultant. With a strong background in library services, Mandy has worked as a Library Consultant at the State Library of Ohio from January 2017 to January 2024, focusing on library programs, strategic planning, and workshop facilitation. Prior roles include Collection Development Coordinator and Young Adult Librarian at Bexley Public Library, as well as positions at Worthington Libraries and University Media Group. Mandy holds a Graduate Certificate in Public and Non-profit Leadership from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Library Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from The Ohio State University.
