Derek Reusche focuses his practice on financing transactions, primarily in the energy industry. Derek represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured and unsecured, and asset-based credit facilities.
Prior to law school, Derek worked as a private equity accountant for a multinational investment management company.
