David Perlman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in energy law and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at Bracewell LLP since December 2008, David Perlman previously held significant positions such as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Inc. from 2005 to 2008, Partner at Dewey Ballantine LLP from 2004 to 2005, and Senior Legal Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 2003 to 2004. Earlier in their career, David Perlman served as Chief Energy Counsel at Constellation Energy from 1985 to 2002.
