Mahjubah Marzan is an experienced professional in partnership development and resource mobilization, currently serving as an Associate at Teach For Bangladesh since January 2021. Responsibilities include writing funding proposals, researching potential supporters, managing relationships, and executing innovative fundraising campaigns. Mahjubah has also held Fellow positions at Teach For All and Cross Borders Leadership, focusing on project management and community engagement related to education and children's rights. With a research internship at the Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies, contributions to studies on labor rights were made. Mahjubah's education includes a Master's in Laws from the University of Chittagong and ongoing postgraduate studies in Project Management and Leadership Development.
