Max Manzi is an experienced legal professional who has held various roles in the legal and compliance field within the banking industry. Max has extensive experience in providing legal advice, managing board and shareholder meetings, and developing and implementing key strategic objectives for organizations. Max's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, and a Chartered Governance Professional/Chartered Secretary degree. Currently, Max is serving as the Head of Legal & Company Secretary at BRAC UGANDA BANK LTD and also holds the position of Chairperson Legal Committee at Uganda Bankers'​ Association.
