Tanjina Anis serves as the Vice President (Head of Digital Business & Payments) at BRAC Bank Limited since March 2023, where significant achievements include the preparation of a comprehensive digital roadmap and a notable increase in user acquisition by 78%. Prior to this role, Tanjina was the Programme Head for the Social Innovation Lab at BRAC from December 2020 to February 2023, leading innovation initiatives to address emerging challenges and enhance quality of life for the underprivileged. Tanjina's experience also encompasses roles at Grameenphone Ltd as a Product Manager focusing on business innovation, and positions at airtel, Ericsson, Huawei Technologies, and LM Ericsson Bangladesh, primarily in product management and business development. Educational qualifications include a MicroMasters in Data/Economics & Development Policy from MIT and an Executive MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, among other credentials in technology entrepreneurship and design thinking.
