A S M Mustafizur Rahman is an experienced professional currently serving as an Officer, Grade II at BRAC Bank PLC since June 2022, focusing on loan processing optimization and the onboarding of the Dhruti microloan product in eLAP. Previously, A S M Mustafizur Rahman worked as an Officer in Market Intelligence & Transformation, contributing to the redesign of the eLAP process flow and collaborating with the development team on documentation reviews. Earlier experience includes an internship at BRAC Bank, participating in the E-Lap project, and an operation associate role at Mainly Coding, where workflow improvements were identified. Leadership roles include serving as Vice President at DRMC Games and Sports Club and as Organizing Secretary for the Remians Debating Society.
