Nethra Shenoy has over 18 years of work experience in Human Resources, Sales and Branch Operations. Nethra began their career in 2002 as a Branch Operations & Sales professional at ICICI Bank. In 2007, they moved to HDFC Bank as a Personal Banker, where they leveraged customer leads and other lead generation techniques to identify new prospects and cross-selling opportunities. In 2012, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a CASA Relationship Manager, where they managed the sales cycle and was responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition. In 2015, they joined Karvy as an Employee Relations Manager/HRBP, providing strategic HR support related to human capital management. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Business Partner/HR Generalist at BPMLinks since 2020.

Nethra Shenoy has a comprehensive education history. Nethra completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Financial & Cost Accounting from Mangalore University. Nethra then completed a PG in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in 2013. Most recently, they completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management in association with SHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2020-2021. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, LinkedIn, Udemy, Vskills - India's Largest Certification Body, University of Pennsylvania, and University of California, Irvine.
