Nethra Shenoy has over 18 years of work experience in Human Resources, Sales and Branch Operations. Nethra began their career in 2002 as a Branch Operations & Sales professional at ICICI Bank. In 2007, they moved to HDFC Bank as a Personal Banker, where they leveraged customer leads and other lead generation techniques to identify new prospects and cross-selling opportunities. In 2012, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a CASA Relationship Manager, where they managed the sales cycle and was responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition. In 2015, they joined Karvy as an Employee Relations Manager/HRBP, providing strategic HR support related to human capital management.
