Cheryl Richards, MBA, is a seasoned HR Systems Consultant with significant experience in managing and implementing complex HR system solutions. Currently serving as a Senior HR Systems Consultant at BPM LLP since July 2021, Cheryl oversees multi-consultant projects and optimizes HR systems. Previously, Cheryl held positions including HR Implementation Manager at CheckmateHCM and HRIS Analyst at Lamb Weston, where responsibilities involved the successful implementation of HR modules and system support. Cheryl's earlier roles include HR Manager at Meridian Library District, where the first HR department was created, and various HR leadership roles at J.R. Simplot Company and Target. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English Teaching, both from Boise State University.
