Daniel Krouzilek has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel is currently the Leiter Business Unit Großraumkabinen / Head Business Unit Large Volume Spray Booths at b+m surface systems GmbH since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at LUTRO Luft- und Trockentechnik GmbH, where they held the positions of Geschäftsführer/Managing Director from December 2010 to August 2020 and Prokurist/Director from April 2003 to November 2010. Before joining LUTRO, Daniel was a Senior Consultant at ARTHUR ANDERSEN (Official) from 1999 to 2003 and a Consultant at Schitag, Ernst & Young from 1998 to 1999. Daniel also worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at Fraunhofer IAO from 1995 to 1998.

Daniel Krouzilek attended the University of Stuttgart from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in the field of Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a qualification as a certified advisor from Beirat-BW e.V. in October 2022 and completed a course titled "Industrie 4.0: Insights and Experiences from Industry Experts" offered by LinkedIn in January 2021.
