Eric John Colipano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and training within the insurance and BPO sectors. Currently serving as the PMO Manager for Digital Initiatives and Project Manager at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp. since July 2015, Eric oversees a portfolio of projects. Previously, at goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. from 2005 to 2014, Eric advanced from Trainer to Trainer Manager, eventually becoming Department Manager for BPO & Helpdesk, where efficiency and quality were paramount across distinct departmental functions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Philippines and a Diploma in Organization Development from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
