Mr. Cruz previously served as AECOM’s Chief Information Officer; his responsibilities included alignment of technical strategy to business objectives, as well as operations, security, governance of information technology and related activities.

Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Cruz had significant and broad-based experience in several financial and service industries, including computer facilities and management, architectural and engineering professional consulting, and technical management consulting, wireless and wireline telecommunications infrastructure, life insurance and annuity, as well as property and casualty insurance.
