Blank recently became the first non-executive to receive Brad Smith's CEO Leadership award, based on his work applying lean startup principles across Intuit. In less than 18 months, Intuit's lean startup training program generated over $20 million in new revenue, and in the process ignited the entrepreneurial passion of hundreds of employees. This program has been written about in numerous innovation articles in media outlets such as Forbes.com, HBR and multiple innovation books.
