Phyllis Brabender has extensive experience in contract and construction administration, currently serving as a Contract Administrator at BPGS Construction LLC since July 2006. In this role, Phyllis is involved in managing major capital improvement projects exceeding $300 million across various sectors, including hotels and retail. Previously, Phyllis worked at MBNA from 1994 to 2006 in various roles, such as Quality Review Analyst, Charge-off Coordinator, and Customer Assistance Account Manager III, where responsibilities included reviewing account manager performance, managing vendor relationships, and implementing operational systems. Phyllis holds an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.
