Graduated in philosophy, she gained her experience in Human Resources, Compensation Systems, HR Governance, Organisation, Change Management, Industrial and Stakeholder Relations, holding increasing responsibilities and positions, initially at the Burgo Group and, subsequently, at Techint/ Humanitas and the consulting firm Spencer Stuart.

From 2006 to 2013 she was Human Resources Manager of Autostrade per l'Italia SpA.

From 2013 to 2019 she was Human Resources Director of Atlantia SpA.

From 2015 to 2020, within the Atlantia Group, he also held the position of Human Resources and Organization Director of Aeroporti di Roma SpA

He has been working at Unipol Gruppo SpA since October 2020, where he assumed the management role of Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer.

Currently, he is a Director of Unipolrental SpA and Gruppo Una SpA.

Since 5 November 2022 he has been a Director of BPER Banca SpA.

In the past, he has also held the following positions: Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Grandi Stazioni SpA, Director of ADR Security Srl; Board Director and Chairman of ADR Cleaning Srl (now Airport Cleaning Srl); Director of the Board of Essediesse Società di Servizi SpA; Board member of SIAT – Italian Insurance and Reinsurance Company – joint stock.
