Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Cagliari, he obtained a PhD in commercial law from the University of Catania.

He is a lawyer specializing in corporate law, financial market law, corporate crisis law and information and new technologies law. He carries out consultancy activities regarding the adequacy of the organizational, administrative and accounting structures of companies, including listed companies, and in the preparation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
