Miriam Grazier (FCIPD) is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the legal and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BPE Solicitors LLP since January 2025, Miriam has previously held multiple HR roles at Thompsons Solicitors from October 2012 to January 2025, including HR Operations Senior Lead and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Miriam worked at Sainsbury's for 18 years, culminating in the position of HR Manager. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Swansea University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
