Santhosh Settipalli is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and innovation, currently serving as a Technical Leader in Innovation & Engineering at bp since November 2021, where Santhosh built the BPme Global App framework. Prior to bp, Santhosh was a Senior Software Engineer at Uber, recognized with the Uber X-Achiever Award, and held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Skyscanner. Santhosh's background includes a role as an SDE II at Amazon, where Santhosh received the Innovation Award in 2015, and significant contributions at Polycom, including two patents filed and the prestigious CEO Award. Earlier positions at Cisco involved multiple awards for excellence, including the Cisco Spark award and completion of the Cisco Technical Leader Incubation program. Santhosh holds a Master of Technology and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
