Jeroen van den Oever is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for bp pulse since May 2023 and as Group CTO at Ubiq Technology since February 2018, specializing in target architecture and operating models for emerging digital banks in the APAC and MENA regions. Prior positions include CTO at Bnext, where Jeroen enhanced technology for a high-growth digital bank, and partnership-level consulting for FinTech companies at Modu.Digital. Jeroen's extensive expertise in banking and payments is further demonstrated through various leadership roles, including Director of Architecture at Ingenico ePayments, Contract Chief Architect at Goldman Sachs, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Jeroen is an alumnus of Imperial College London, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1993.
