Annegret Scott is an experienced professional in transformation and operations management, currently serving as the European Transformation Director for Mobility & Convenience at bp since October 2022. Previous roles include significant positions at Tesco, where Annegret led the largest transformational change program for Central Europe and managed various high-impact projects within the Commercial and Supply Chain Programme Management Office. Additional experience encompasses independent consulting, business development, and operational management roles in prominent companies such as Dixons Retail, Sainsbury's, and Anglo Platinum. Annegret holds a B Eng in Industrial Electronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
