Amruta Rhodes is responsible for setting strategy and directing a team that oversees multi-state payroll and tax, HR Information Systems, self-funded benefits, Workers Compensation, 401(k), Deferred Compensation and general Human Resources—including onboarding, compensation, and compliance. Most recently, Amruta led the successful implementation of Ultipro at Bozzuto, a fully integrated HR Information System. Amruta is also a co-chair of the Veterans Empowered to Succeed (VETS) employee resource group.

Before joining Bozzuto, Amruta was the Director of Human Resources at Monument Real Estate Services, where she oversaw full-cycle HR and provided leadership for the due diligence and takeover efforts. Prior to that, she held positions within Human Resources and Training at Monument.

Amruta has an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, where she graduated top of her class. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Amruta actively volunteers with animal rescues and enjoys painting and hiking.
