Ivan Pletikosic has a robust background in production management, having held several key roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Production at Boysen Gruppe, Ivan previously worked as a Production Manager at both „Šinvoz“ d.o.o. Zrenjanin and NORMA Group. Additional experience includes positions as Production Manager/Group Leader MSA22 and Production Supervisor at Bosch, as well as Production Supervisor and Process Engineer roles at NORMA Group. This extensive experience reflects a strong expertise in production processes and team leadership.
