The Unit Management Team at Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas consists of Unit Directors and Senior Unit Directors who oversee the daily operations and programming at various club units. They ensure that activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and align with the organization's mission to build self-esteem and provide positive alternatives to youth in the community. The team collaborates closely to maintain a safe and supportive environment for young people, fostering their sense of belonging, competence, power and influence, and usefulness.
