Robert Santana, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Robert started their career in 2008 as the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast. In 2012, they founded Santana Leadership, a consulting firm focused on helping executives and managers reach their full potential through innovative solutions and coaching. Robert Santana is also an active member and contributor to the Forbes Nonprofit Council and holds advisory positions in organizations such as Chapman University, Greater Irvine Chamber, CSUF Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, and the Institute for Community Impact. Robert serves on the Board of Directors for Samueli Academy and acts as an Incoming Chair on the Board of Advisors for OneOC. In 2021, they took on the role of a Consulting CEO for BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GREATER REDLANDS-RIVERSIDE. Robert Santana, MBA has a diverse education history. Robert began their academic journey at Foothill High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1994 to 1998.

After completing high school, Robert pursued further education and enrolled at Hawaii Pacific University and the Community College of the Air Force. Robert successfully earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from both institutions between 1999 and 2003.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Robert attended California State University, Fullerton from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Child & Adolescent Development.

With a solid foundation in place, Robert Santana went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at National University. Robert focused on MBA in Organizational Leadership from 2008 to 2014.

To further enhance their expertise in organizational leadership, Robert attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education Leadership Summit in 2016. This enriched their understanding of leadership principles and practices.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Robert obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the Mastering Design Thinking Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Robert also obtained a Sherpa Executive Coaching Certificate from The University of Georgia in Business Administration and Management, General in 2021-2022.
