Treshea N. Wade, CDMP, PCM has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Treshea N. currently holds the position of National Director of Internal and Movement Communications at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a role they started in October 2022.

Prior to their current role, Treshea served as the Director of Communications at the Georgia Institute of Technology. During their tenure from December 2015 to October 2022, they were responsible for developing and leading the overall communications strategy, including internal communications, crisis communications, public relations, marketing, and employee engagement. Treshea N. collaborated with numerous departments to ensure message development and consistency.

Before joining Georgia Tech, Treshea worked at Carnegie Mellon University as the Associate Director of Development & Alumni Communications. From December 2011 to December 2015, they created and drove the vision for digital and online platforms. Treshea N. focused on enhancing alumni engagement, brand loyalty, and financial support and oversaw social media and online communities.

In their earlier career, Treshea served as the Manager of Marketing & Communications at the August Wilson Center for African American Culture, where they positioned the organization as a leader in the arts through various marketing and public relations initiatives. Treshea N. developed and executed integrated communications programs to increase awareness and attendance for exhibits, performances, programs, and cultivation events.

Treshea's journalistic experience includes working as a Reporter at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review from July 2000 to July 2007 and at the New Pittsburgh Courier from May 1998 to July 2000.

With their diverse experience in communication and leadership roles across various sectors, Treshea N. Wade, CDMP, PCM has demonstrated their expertise in developing and implementing strategic communications strategies, fostering engagement, and building strong brand presence.

Treshea N. Wade, CDMP, PCM has a Master's Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Journalism from Penn State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Treshea has obtained certifications as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute and as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) from the American Marketing Association in February 2022.
