Pam Hall Clarke is an experienced professional in organizational development and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since May 2015. Prior to this role, Pam operated as an Independent Consultant from October 2006 to May 2015, providing expertise in strategic planning, governance, project management, and communications for clients in the education and non-profit sectors. Significant past roles include Director of School Services and Associate Director at the Illinois Network of Charter Schools, as well as Executive Director at Leadership for Quality Education. Pam began a career as an Attorney at Franczek Sullivan P.C. and holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA in History from Northwestern University.
