Jenny Pfeil is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as the Midwest Regional Philanthropy Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a position held since January 2025, focusing on enhancing community leaders’ impact through philanthropy. Previous roles include Director of Development and Marketing at New Hope of Indiana, Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross Indiana Region, and Chief Development Officer at WFYI Public Media, where leadership in revenue generation and strategic initiatives was pivotal. Pfeil also held leadership roles at United Way of Central Indiana, where efforts in individual giving and stakeholder engagement achieved over $20M annually. Early career experience includes serving as District Sales Manager for Yellowbook USA. Jenny Pfeil holds a BA in Communications from Purdue University and further education from Ball State University.
