Alexandra Steinhaus

Alexandra Steinhaus has a diverse range of work experience. Alexandra began their career as an Involvement Consultant at the University of San Diego in 2013, where they provided guidance and support to student organizations. Alexandra then interned at Chuao Chocolatier and Alcone, focusing on marketing and retail innovation respectively.

In 2014, Alexandra took on the role of Marketing Intern at Power Crunch, gaining experience in brand promotion and advertising. Alexandra also served as the Torero Program Board Chair at the University of San Diego, organizing and managing events for the student body.

From 2016 to 2019, Alexandra worked at Power Crunch as the District Marketing Manager in Los Angeles, the National Field Project Manager, and the Regional Marketing Manager for Colorado, NorCal, and Boise. In these roles, they developed and implemented marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

In 2019, Alexandra joined the Kroc School at the University of San Diego as a Graduate Assistant, providing support in various administrative and research tasks.

Alexandra then transitioned to the International Rescue Committee in 2020, working as a Social Enterprise Intern and eventually becoming the Marketing and Events Coordinator for MAKE Projects. There, they were responsible for managing the brand launch and designing marketing assets.

In 2021, Alexandra joined MAKE Projects as an Operations Manager, where they led a team in program design, monitoring and evaluation, marketing strategy, and business development.

Most recently, Alexandra has taken on the role of Director of Corporate Partnership & Business Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2022, where they focus on building partnerships and driving business growth.

Alexandra Steinhaus pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication Studies at the University of San Diego from 2011 to 2015. After a brief break, they returned to the University of San Diego in 2019 and completed their Master of Arts in Social Innovation at the Kroc School in 2020. The specific field of study for their Master's Degree is not provided.
