Matt Davies is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the resort and hospitality industries. Currently serving as President & General Manager at Boyne Resorts since June 2023, Matt previously held the position of Senior Director - Base Area Operations & Business Development at Vail Resorts from November 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and facility maintenance at Whistler Blackcomb. Prior to that, Matt was Senior Director - Guest Services & Business Development at Whistler Blackcomb from May 2015 to November 2019, focusing on enhancing guest service initiatives. Matt's career began at Intrawest ULC, where roles included General Manager and Group Manager for Retail, Rental, and Repair, following prior experience as General Manager at West Point Cycles Limited. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from The University of British Columbia.
