Dinesh Mirchandani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the field of executive search and technology. Currently serving as Managing Partner for the India practice at Boyden Global Executive Search since May 1994, Dinesh leads a team specializing in retained executive search. Previously, Dinesh held the position of Treasurer and Board Member for the Association of Executive Search Consultants from March 2012 to November 2017. Dinesh's prior roles include Director for Asia Pacific at Boyden World Corporation, where significant growth in billings was achieved, and Principal Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corp., contributing to advancements in software performance and distributed computing. Dinesh holds an MBA in General Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and has completed additional studies at Harvard Business School and North Carolina State University.
