Emil Samman serves as the Managing Partner at Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli, P.L. since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in litigation, particularly in real estate. Prior to this role, Emil held the position of Litigation Partner at Romer Debbas LLP from March 2017 to May 2023, specializing in real estate litigation. Emil began a significant legal career as a Senior Litigation Associate at Kagan Lubic Lepper Finkelstein & Gold, LLP, from February 2009 to March 2017, focusing on commercial litigation. Earlier experiences include working as a Litigation Associate at Schaeffer & Krongold, LLP, where responsibilities encompassed handling a caseload in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts and drafting legal documents. Emil also served as a Litigation Attorney Consultant at Kornstein, Veisz, Wexler & Pollard, LLP, reviewing complex securities agreements and responding to regulatory inquiries. Educationally, Emil obtained a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Policy/Public Administration and Business Administration from Providence College.
