Rogene Paullo, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Boyd Gaming, a position held since November 2014. Prior to this role, Rogene served as Director of Human Resources at Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino from April 2005 to May 2014, managing HR functions including Staffing, Employee Relations, and Compensation. Rogene's extensive experience in the gaming industry includes leadership roles as Director of Table Games at various Boyd Gaming properties and Harrah's casinos, overseeing departments of up to 700 employees and significantly improving guest satisfaction scores. Rogene holds a Bachelor of Science in Education/Science from Oklahoma State University.
