Martha Morales, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Boyd Gaming since June 2023. Previously, Martha held various leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from July 2010 to April 2023, including Vice President and General Manager of Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, Executive Director of Hotel Operations at Caesars Palace, and several positions culminating in Hotel Operations Manager. Prior to that, Martha was the Hotel Training Manager at Stratosphere Hotel & Casino from January 2008 to July 2010. Martha holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California (2021-2023) and a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2005-2009), alongside earlier education in Hospitality Management from Area Technical Trade Center (2003-2005).
