Jim Lang has extensive experience in pastoral leadership within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, serving as Vicar for Parishes since April 1974 and holding various roles including Diocesan Episcopal Vicar for Parishes and Director of Pastoral Planning. In addition to parish work, Jim Lang is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a Chaplain for Scouting and serves on the Northeast Region Board of Directors. Contributions to St. Bernard's School of Theology and Ministry as a Board of Trustees member and participation in the Emerging Models of Pastoral Leadership Project demonstrate a commitment to innovative pastoral development. Educational qualifications include studies at St Mary's Seminary and University and Wadhams Hall Seminary - College.
